Well it was pretty warm today but extremely windy, and I needed to burn off a bit of gas in the bike because I had filled it right after my last ride forgetting I would need to add in some fuel stabilizer before putting it to sleep for the winter. So I took the afternoon off to do just that. Due to the very high winds, I just stuck around town. At one point I thought the wind was going to knock me over, yikes! Once I was out I really didn’t want to stop knowing it would very well be my last time out for the season. Plus I was jamming out to my iTunes through the bluetooth. Since I didn’t want to stop, I ended up burning off way too much fuel than needed and ended up using the gas can Thanksgiving weekend to top it back off before totally winterizing it.
Although I didn’t have any big trips this season besides several trips to Minnesota, I still put in just over 5,000 miles total. Below is a map of almost all of my trips combined. There are a few extra’s which were Kevin’s trips without me and missing the trips I took using mapping with my iPhone.
